High-Speed Blue Light Scanning: Up to 1.2 million points per second with 0.02 mm point spacing, supporting diverse materials and batch inspection.

Bearing Inspection
For example, in transmission parts like bearings, contact probing is very important. The PMT GAMMA arm measures dimensions and GD&T data accurately and provides real-time feedback. As a result, manufacturers can improve machining processes and increase yield.
Mold Inspection
Meanwhile, for mold inspection, PMT GAMMA arm’s blue light scanning allows fast, non-contact measurement. In maintenance work, the 3D metrology software PMT INSPECT makes reverse engineering quick and simple, without the need for programming.
Robotic Applications
In addition, PMT also presented solutions for robotic applications, especially for pipes and hoses. The GAMMA I-Fork tube measurement arm can directly scan different shapes and compare them with CAD data to check accuracy.
Highly Automated Production Lines
For highly automated production lines, PMT offers the FUTURE Bridge CMM. It can be integrated into the line and provide closed-loop feedback. At the same time, it also delivers very high accuracy for laboratory use.
